Position Overview:

Happy Ears Hearing Center is seeking an Audiologist to join their Peoria location, serving a primarily adult patient base through diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and rehabilitative care.

The Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, verification, and follow-up care. The practice places a strong emphasis on audiology best practices and provides the tools, training, and team support to help each provider deliver care at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations.
  
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements
  
• Provide tinnitus and aural rehabilitation services
  
• Conduct vestibular and cochlear implant assessments as needed
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
  
• Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing aid use and hearing health
  

Requirements:

• AuD or Master's degree in Audiology
  
• Current and unrestricted Arizona state license (or eligibility)
  
• Strong communication and counseling skills
  
• Commitment to audiology best practices and patient-first care
  
• Openness to learning new procedures (VEMP, CI, BAHA, tinnitus, etc.)
