Position Overview:
The Division of Physiatry is seeking a Pediatric Physiatrist who is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with either a pediatric physiatry fellowship or advanced training and experience providing care to patients 0-18 years of age. This physician should be passionate about pediatric care and services and have clinical background in the field. Our new Pediatric Physiatrist will join a well-established, employed hospital group practice composed of 20 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners.
Position Details:
- Outpatient position with some hospital consults at Lehigh Valley Health Network's Reilly Children's Hospital.
- Collaborate with adult physiatrists and pediatric colleagues.
- Spasticity management experience preferred.
- Opportunities for medical student/resident education and research with eligibility for an academic appointment through our academic affiliate, the University of South Florida.
- No current night, weekend or holiday requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- A network champion for Physiatry and a passion for the clinical work
- A fellowship in Pediatric Physiatry with BE/BC is preferred, or BE/BC in PM&R.
- A valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
