The UPMC Department of Radiology is currently recruiting for 3 open positions within the clinical division. The clinical division consists of 70+ remote and onsite radiologists providing radiology services at several UPMC hospitals including multiple level I and II trauma centers as well as several large outpatient imaging centers.

The division is built on the principle of providing the best possible care to our growing group of community hospitals. The division maintains a work-life balance with ample time off to recharge. We believe that developing a sense of belonging through cultivation of professional relationships is paramount to a rewarding career. Radiologists in our group get a clinical appointment to the academic medical center and there are opportunities for teaching residents for those interested in professional satisfaction, but education/research is not a requirement or part of our vision. Daytime onsite/hybrid (2 positions available)

Fellowship trained in either Neuroradiology, Body, or Breast imagers who also do general radiology. Coverage includes a mixture of subspecialty and ED generalist shifts both on-site and remotely.

• Base salary of $600K with generous incentive plan above 12k wRVUs annually paid in quarterly bonuses.
• 12-13 weekends/year with post call day week before or after

Remote Evening/Overnight body imager (1 position available)

Fellowship trained body imager ideally with general ER skillset to work with a group of 21 overnight radiologists

• 1 week on and 2 weeks off.
• 3 shifts: 5 pm to 2 am, 7 pm to 4 am, and 10 pm to 7 am rotated equally.
• $560k ?base? with generous incentive plan above 8,889 annual wRVUs paid quarterly
• Opportunity to pick up additional work if desired on ?off time?
• CME allowance, malpractice coverage, 401K, comprehensive benefits package

Remote Daytime/Early evening (1 position available)

Fellowship trained body, neuro, or MSK imager general ER skillset.

• Covers a mixture of ED, OP and subspecialty work.
• Variety of shifts: 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 11a-7p, 3p-11p EST
• 12-13 weekends with post call day week before or after.
• Can accommodate 1 week on 1 week off model.
• Base Salary of $492k dependent on shift coverage agreement with potential to make $652k+ based on productivity
• Generous competitive incentive plan about RVU threshold with productivity bonuses paid quarterly
• Reasonable RVU expectations for shifts commensurate with national averages
• Additional work available during "off time" for those interested to supplement revenue
• Radiology Reading room assistants support and collaborate with radiologists both on the weekdays and the weekends to optimize workflow
