Surgical Pathology Opportunity
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSThe Department of Pathology of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine is seeking a surgical pathologist to cover our expanding areas of service.Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent and be AP or AP/CP Board-certified/eligible. Individuals will be required to obtain a medical license in the State of Illinois. Strong diagnostic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong work ethic abilities are essential. A record or a potential for academic and scholarly accomplishments indicating commitment to academic career is desirable.The successful candidate will join a cohesive team of sub specialized surgical pathologists who handle approximately 35,000 surgical specimens annually.
