The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is located in the Janesville CBOC at 1141 Black Bridge Road, Janesville, WI 53545. LPNs are held accountable for delivering direct patient care from adult through geriatric Veterans for both acute and chronic diseases in an outpatient setting. LPNs implement basic and advanced LPN procedures as defined by policies and procedures.
