• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's degree preferred in clinical or administrative field.
• Currently licensed in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland required.
• Healthcare provider BLS required.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience at a managerial, supervisory, senior therapist level with responsibility for overall departmental performance and demonstration of leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of specific health, federal, state and professional regulations to execute services in a responsible and legal fashion.
• General knowledge of CMS guidelines/requirements preferred. Working knowledge of computers and associated software packages.
