Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) Medical Director
The Norton Thoracic Institute (NTI) a division of Dignity Health St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center, is recruiting a Medical Director for the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). NTI is a leading organization in Phoenix, providing advanced care for patients with thoracic and cardiovascular disease. The Medical Director will contribute to the continued growth and development of our expanding cardiology program.
Requirements:
- MD or DO Degree
- Fellowship training in critical care medicine required Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Cardiovaular disease Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Academic experience with the desire to educate and participate in research required
- Experience managing patients s/p heart transplant desired
- Five years of Leadership experience preferred
- Experience with mechanical circulatory support devices and ECMO desired
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
- Must obtain Arizona State medical licensure before starting in the position
