The Palliative and Hospice Care Social Worker is responsible for providing direct services to Veterans referred to the Palliative and Hospice Care Team. This individual will also provide cross coverage for the palliative plus social worker and other social workers within the Rehabilitation and Extended Care Service Line. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
