The position is located in the Spinal Cord Injuries/Disorders (SCI/D) in the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS). Physical Therapy services are provided to Inpatient, Outpatient and Home Care Program components at the SCI Rehabilitation Section. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides treatment that promotes the prevention, remediation, and rehabilitation of acute and chronic physical and psychosocial dysfunction. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
