The Outpatient Neuropsychology Social Work Case Manager is a member of the Outpatient Neuropsychology Clinic functioning as a case manager and therapist with mastery in the theories and modalities used in the assessment, evaluation, and clinical management of a wide range of neurocognitive disorders. The incumbent must have a license to practice independently. The Social Work Case Manager works closely with the clinic neuropsychologist and colleagues in affiliated clinics. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
