The Chief of Staff (COS) develops and maintains accepted management practices throughout the clinical services; develops and presents the budgetary requirements of the clinical services; assists in the formulation of the annual budget program; and is fully responsible to the medical center director for programs of patient care and for the educational and research activities of the clinical services. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
