This position is for a Supervisor of Pediatric Therapy at our Maplewood location.
M Health Fairview Pediatric Therapy opened a new clinic in the Maplewood Clinic & Specialty Center in 2019 and has experience tremendous growth since that time. This clinic is co-located with several medical specialties and is designed to foster the highest level of collaboration between physicians and pediatric therapists.
The individual hired into this supervisor position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of this clinic.In addition, this person will be instrumental in developing relationships with the pediatric physicians in the building as well as physicians and other providers throughout the east metro.
This person will have the opportunity to engage with multiple leaders throughout the system and be part of a highly collaborative pediatric rehab team. This position is benefit-eligible and full-time (80 hours per 2-week period).

Inaddition to supervision duties,this therapist will be responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within his or her scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
Advanced Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
Registration/licensure in State of Minnesota
Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) certification
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and at least 3-5 years of clinical experience in pediatric rehab.
