As a Behavioral Health Charge Nurse / RN you will :
Be accountable for the daily patient care operations of the assigned unit, working under the direction of the Behavioral Health Program Director, Chief Clinical Officer, House Supervisor or Nurse Manager on assigned shifts.
Responsible for daily patient care assignments, maintaining clinical standards of care, maintaining labor productivity and supervision of the patient care environment; supporting the treatment team.
Supports the activities of the Program Director and Nursing Leadership.
Maintains positive inter- and intra-departmental relationships.
Directs patient throughout activities in the assigned unit.
As a Behavioral Health Charge Nurse / RN you will have:
Graduate of accredited Registered Nurse / RN School of Nursing.
Current valid RN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
At least (1) one year of nursing experience preferred.
Evidence of continuing education or special preparation or experience in psychiatric nursing.
