Provides comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services to infants, children and adults including recommendations regarding management and/or further evaluation as indicated.
Qualifications: Education Required: Masterï¿½s degree or higher in Audiology
Licensure Required: Valid state license for audiology & hearing aid dispensing; AZ Dept. of Health Services / Division of Licensing Services
Certificates Required: CFY until completion of requirements Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence with CFY completion; Specialty areas (CPR addendum)
Experience Preferred: One year clinical audiology experience
Skills Required: Verbal and written communication skills; manual dexterity to operate diagnostic equipment and handle hearing aids
Knowledge Required: Current knowledge of Audiology theory and practice
Technology Required: Basic computer skills Preferred: Familiar with vestibular diagnostic equipment and current hearing aid technology
Other Preferred: Bilingual English / Spanish
