The Supervising Care Manager is a full-time, benefited position and supervisor of our Multipurpose Senior Services (MSSP) program, a comprehensive care management model for the frail elderly. The program is contracted to serve 104 participants and this position directly supervises a team of five (5) employees, including responsibility for planning, organizing, and developing the principles and techniques utilized by the program.
Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in social work, nursing, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, gerontology, or sociology and two (2) or more years of experience working directly with the elderly. Must have at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Knowledge and experience working with Federal and State programs is desired.
