The Lead Therapist is responsible for coordinating the delivery of therapy services in an effiient and effective manner, and provides direct patient care services as a program team member for physical medicine and rehabilitation patients adolescent age, and older. The Lead Therapist directly supervises clinical (and non-clinical) staff; oversees daily staff scheduling as it relates to coverage and productivity; provides leadership for competency assessment, staff development, and process/quality improvement initiatives.
Degree from an accredited university program in a therapeutic discipline required.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience. Experience in clinical supervision in a rehabilitation setting or advanced training in supervision, leadership or administration preferred.
