The Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) is a fee-for-service independent contractor position within our Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) program. BHRS is a community based mental health program which provides behavioral and emotional support to children and adolescents in their homes, schools, and other community settings. TheBSC works with all members of the treatment team to design and direct a behavior modification plan that will meet the needs of the child and family, designs and oversees implementation of the treatment plan, provides instruction to other members of the treatment team (i.e. Mobile Therapist, Therapeutic Staff Support, teachers, teacher's aides, parent, family members) in their roles and responsibilities in implementing the treatment plan, and participates in interagency service planning meetings. Foundations provides services in five counties: Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester. We are currently seeking BSCs to work in all areas of Montgomery County (Abington, Bala Cynwyd, Lansdale, North Wales, and more). Our main office is located in Doylestown, with a satellite office in Philadelphia. BSC applicants must have availability during the day as well as evenings and/or weekends.
